Iris and Ernest // Andaz Maui Wedding

Iris and Ernest were such a fun couple to work with. Their excitement and love bubbled and burst through every photograph. Ernest looked absolutely charming in his three-piece gray suite and light pink bow-tie that perfectly matched his bride’s bouquet. Iris was the epitome of bridal beauty in her simple and elegant strapless gown and her matching dainty jewelry. The two were full of so much joy--not even the windy weather could put a damper on their day.After the ceremony on the beach-front lawn of the Andaz Maui Resort, our newlyweds took to the sand for their first photoshoot as husband and wife. Something I absolutely love about living and working on Maui is the unexpected and magical moments that the island offers. Although we expected the photoshoot to be just the bride and groom, we were blessed with the opportunity to incorporate the first sea turtle the couple had ever seen into some of their photos.It is moments like these that remind me how unique Maui is and how special it is to take some of life’s most monumental steps surrounded by so much natural beauty.
